The bill (Reg. No. 2312) suggests to increase administrative responsibility of drivers for violation of stop rules in the area of intensive movement of pedestrians and give preference to cars driven by persons with sight disabilities, to ambulances, fire-engines, rescue services, militia, that drive with special light or sound buoy.

Members of the Committee deem the adoption of the bill will prevent infringements in the sphere of traffic security, increase the level of legal culture of citizens.
